Cucumber Simple Syrup Recipe
Yields 2 Cups of Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 Large Cucumber (Sliced, Diced, or Shredded. Leave the skins on.)
- 1 Cup of Sugar
- 1 Cup of Water
Combine cucumber, sugar, and water into a medium saucepan. Bring to a low boil on medium-high setting, stirring occasionally. Once at a boil, simmer on low for 30 minutes. Let cool and strain into jar or container of your choice.
Store in fridge for up to a week.
